Appointments

Plan on arriving 15 minutes early to allow for the completion of necessary paperwork. Please help yourself and others by being on time.

Please, we discourage bringing persons under 16 unless they are receiving treatment. If you do bring your young children into the spa, please remember that we encourage a quiet medical environment and they must remain with you at all times.  You can plan ahead and schedule treatments for your little ones as well.  (See Childs facial under facial, and child massage under massage)

For spa treatments that are meant for spending time together such as in the Sauna then there is a open door Policy.  Meaning that the Staff may enter at any time to check and see if you and your partner or friend are comfortable or to clean the room and provide linen or other accommodation’s.

Cancellations

24-hours advance notice is required for appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will result in a $15 service charge.

Late Arrivals

If you are late to your appointment time, your treatment may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled guest.  The same charges  for the treatment will be charged.

Your Next Appointment

To ensure availability of your preferred appointment time, we recommend that you schedule your next visit before you leave. We will try to accommodate you but please be understanding of any schedule changes.

Mothers-To-Be

Please note that any heat treatments and some spa facilities are not suitable for Mothers to be. We highly recommend that you consult with your doctor prior to your spa visit.

Soft Voices, Quiet Minds

Please speak softly throughout the spa, for others such as yourself, are relaxing during their treatment.

Health Considerations

Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your treatment. If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, avoid any heat treatments. Skin care procedures and waxing services have specific contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services or gift certificates. All gratuities are at the guest’s discretion. Our spa concierge will be happy to assist you with providing for your therapists.

Cell Phone Policy

We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all of our guests, cell phone use is not permitted beyond our spa reception area.

Returns

All gift certificate sales are final. However, products returned within 7 days with receipt will be issued a full refund.
